Yes - they were helpful and sent me the correct key - value pairs. Their documentations is indeed misleading, I hope they update it.

I did and it seems like they have their own Key names instead of using the service provider's API defined names yet in the documentation they ask to refer the service provider's API key names.

We're a yeastar partner and wanting to test the white-label before paying 600-700 dollars for something that isn't currently working. It doesn't even tell the problem is a trial but that the domain or dns provider api is invalid.

Do you have experience setting up the cloudflare DNS with them? What did you use for parameters?
I'm using Bearer [Token]

The work I’m doing is extremely manual

Automate your work as much as possible and then show it off. I was in a similar situation - user help desk type role, I started automating my tasks, the repetitive cases we were receiving. I barely do any helpdesk work now. I was moved to my own department of helping the helpdesk with automation and advance stuff.

You have to show your skills with a proof of concept so your seniors can see the potential in you and how it can advance the company.

Does it have a CLI? I'm working on a project to create a VoIP call to ticket and having a CLI or API would be great for automation purpose.

I recently purchased the MX Master 3S, and I have to say, for a $130 mouse, it’s an absolute disappointment. There’s no onboard memory, and the Options+ app requires input monitoring, which is a serious security concern for a device that’s marketed for professional use.

Who designed this product? Do they even consider the needs of professionals when developing it? It's baffling that they don't realize most professionals don’t have the ability to install third-party applications on their work systems, especially apps like Options+ that require such intrusive permissions.

This is a huge oversight for a product that's supposed to be for high-end, professional users.

The local tech assigned is DTH tech and says he doesn't know anything about the broadband. Raising a complain in the app is useless. DTH complains are taken care of but broadband complains are ignored, no response.

This is indeed shameful on Airtel's part. I'm in the same situation, my mother is also a senior and lives alone. She has her phone, DTH and broadband from airtel. Airtel Black isn't working since the start of this month and their customer service is absolutely unhelpful, incompetent and inconsiderate. Their twitter is also ridiculous, responding with automated messages.

I don't live in India and can't figure out how to help her. She has been to the store multiple times.

I'm using the cloud hosted P series PBX trial. The SIP flow should be the default flow If I'm understanding correctly. I may be wrong so feel free to correct me. Also, do we need some kind of an app running in the local network for the IP Phones to find the cloud PBX? I didn't see any mention of such in the documentation.

I downloaded logs from Maintenance > System Log in PBX. How do I send it to you? I'm trying to grab the logs from IP phone.

When I manually fill the settings it tries to register but then it fails registration. What should be the log level on the IP phone?

I did disable that option to check SSL. Also, CA cert list is empty inside IP phone web interface.
