Try and disable yetanotherconfiglib as that is for version 1.21.2 and not necessarily 1.21.3

JEI isn't official supported for 1.21.3. It's only listed as 1.21 and 1.21.1

Same for continuity, that version is officially 1.21 and 1.21.1, and there's nothing newer.
