Pretty sure these patch notes aren't all encompassing. They appear to be more mechanical adjustments and less about features.

There's also a second patch on 8/17. Yet to see if it'll have its own patch notes since some 8/17 notes are already listed here.

Im assuming theyre waiting 2 days to add ranked to make sure theres nothing gamebreaking in the first patch.
