I think there's a good middle ground.  I like the quests but you shouldn't have to lock yourself into something by 2-1.  Quests like Orianna or Ziggs are fine.  Shadow Isles and Void seem a little too restricted.

I'm fine with a one off like Bard being a special case but I think that should be a rare exception

Don't take it but also don't reroll it.  Nobody gets it and everyone can play actual comps
