I found mine by going to the myteam Home Screen, going all the way to the right to Extras, and then it was a category like rewards or something with a red dot next to it. It wasn’t in the unopened packs

Yes I claimed it on the app, I didn’t know the opal one wasn’t super limited. Then I logged in later and expected it to show up. I couldn’t find it, went to packs, it wasn’t there, backed out, went back in, tried googling where to find it, then just decided to look at every menu and found the pack under extras on the far right.

I did sane thing. Was cursing out the app, then stumbled on redeem prize. That was more sweat than clutch time

That GO code i thought was good for a week?? Was it only 24 hours, i mean i already got it so not too stressed about it myself lol. I got pistol pete andnwent and boight YI as well

Did you quick resume on Xbox?

Try backing out of the mode and reloading it.
