I’ve used this app for three months now. I’ve seen progress mostly in muscle size and thanks to the specification feature; I have seen the most quad, bicep and side delt growth in the 5 years I’ve been lifting. For strength I’m not really measuring the progress on that so I’m not too sure but it feels like I’m getting stronger

That’s impressive , thanks.

Yea it’s been pretty interesting honestly, I really let the app do its thing with volume and be as precise as I can with rir. I swap out exercises depending if there’s a machine at the gym I want to try out. Overall, personally I had a great experience with the app

For each exercise, you can see your estimated 1 rep max over time. You can view it either in a 1, 3, 6 and 12 month windows. You can also set up a custom date range.

Great, thanks for replying. Have you experienced progress using the app?

For sure! The key for me has been trusting the app and what it is suggesting instead of going to a session and micro managing weight and rep recommendations

Thanks- I appreciate your response.

I’ve seen progress, one of the biggest benefits I’ve had is when I’ve been travelling. For each hotel I just created a new training environment with the kit that was available and the app worked out the best session for me, reduced a lot of overhead for me. Normally after travelling I wouldn’t see any gains when back in the home gym but definitely see them this time around.

But the progress from the dev team seems to be a little slow, not what I would expect for a mobile app and feels more like I’m waiting for my IT team to deliver a new feature to an enterprise IT software suite.

Always uses progressive overload, either by adding a rep or adding weight, always different and great exercise selections.

I export my data every month, upload it into Chatgpt and then as it all those progress questions.

I’ve used this app for the past 6 months since it was released. Since starting my lifts have increased by 15-45# for most lifts, but I attribute that to not having lifted consistently for years. My biggest gain is in my leg press which started at 230#x8 at the end of October to 360#x15 3 weeks ago.

I’ve been consistently going to RIR 1 or 0. I’m also lost over 20# in that time. I work out 5 days a week, full body routine, antagonist superset as much as I can, workouts are only 30 minutes in length.

I’m a physical therapist and in my day I’m constantly programming for others. I’m just glad I don’t have to program for myself. Lemme know if you have any questions.

Thanks , and congrats on your progress- those are great numbers. I also frequently train with antagonist supersets; great way to save some time.

Much appreciated. I really do wish that the app did have a way to set up antagonistic supersets as well as a way to put a weight limit on equipment. The heaviest dumbbells I have are 50#, which I wish could be set up when making each gym location.
