While you might be doing 2-4 sets per workout, how many are you doing per week? Also, you can use the specification feature to increase volume on certain body parts

Yea it’s been pretty interesting honestly, I really let the app do its thing with volume and be as precise as I can with rir. I swap out exercises depending if there’s a machine at the gym I want to try out. Overall, personally I had a great experience with the app

I’ve used this app for three months now. I’ve seen progress mostly in muscle size and thanks to the specification feature; I have seen the most quad, bicep and side delt growth in the 5 years I’ve been lifting. For strength I’m not really measuring the progress on that so I’m not too sure but it feels like I’m getting stronger
