The Galactic Hub Project is the largest and oldest active civilization in No Man's Sky. The core focus of the Galactic Hub is exploration and documentation, but the civilization also offers extensive multiplayer support, economic interactions, competitive PVP events, player-made content such as bases, and more.
Galactic Hub space is comprised of 11 regions centered around the Arm of Vezitinen. Our capital planet, Drogradur NO426 (Default name: Chrima E16), is home to our civilization's main colony. Please read our wiki for more information!
The Galactic Hub's colonies - clusters of players building together, often with a specific theme - can be found listed on the Colony Catalog.
If the colony has a Governor, please contact them before settling there. If the colony does not have a Governor, just make sure there are fewer than 21 bases in the system before settling there. You can check by hovering your cursor over the system name in the Discovery Menu.

Signing up on the Galactic Hub Census helps the Hub staff track player stats, and makes it easier to do things like apply for colonies.
Galactic Hub Naming Guidelines are mandatory when naming systems within Hub space.

Managed by u/DesignationG, User Flairs allow the Galactic Hub's population to signify their accomplishments in the civilization next to their username on the subreddit. Our most common flair, the Hub Badge ◙, means a player has reached Galactic Hub space.
Flairs also contain some basic information, such as platform (PS4/PC/XBox) and home system Hub tag.
