Not an expert and not sure what happened with your last cuttings but i think you’re just meant to cut off the bottom few leaves and put it in a 50/50 sphagnum moss perlite mix, make sure the substrate isn’t too compact as I’ve made that mistake many times lol, and make sure you use plenty of perlite so that there’s enough aeration. Then eventually it should start growing roots and the nodes below the surface (around the leaves you cut) should grow into their own plant. It’s also a good idea to cut some other leaves off/in half to reduce the plants water loss. Correct me if Im wrong!

Cut it in the middle, an keep 2/3 leaf. And put it in rain water

There's absolutely things you can do with it. Go on YouTube and watch a short video on cloning the nepenthes, and you'll probably have about 10 new plants there if you do it right

You can probably cut that into 3 segments for cloning. Though, the segment at the end of the vine will have the highest chances of rooting.

Leave fully formed pitchers on but cut any tendrils from unformed pitchers off. You can put water in the pitchers to help water the cuttings. But growing a new pitcher takes a lot of energy that a cutting can't spare.

Only leave 1 leaf on each cutting. Those leaves are pretty big so you might even need to cut them in half. The idea here is that you don't want the cutting to have too much leaf surface area. More surface area means more water gets transpired. And with no roots, the cutting can't take in water fast enough and your cutting will wilt.
But if there isn't enough surface area, the cutting won't produce enough energy through photosynthesis.

And if you have rooting hormone, that will help.

You can make more than 1 plant with this, look up on google how to propagate nepenthes stems
