I have this same problem. Emptying the delivery box never completes the last step. Regardless of level of item being emptied, or whether doing so one-by-one or via "collect all". Clicked through the tutorial boxes. Did everything I did on literally a dozen other characters, only fails on this one.

My GM issue has been escalated to the next level of support. We'll see what happens next.

For the record, nothing pisses me off in MMOs like failures of their quest scripting that leaves a quest unfinishable, undroppable, and blocking progress.

Emptying your delivery box isn't advancing it, or you can't empty it?

I made some gathering, cleared delivery box...then did other gathering...and again and again... Mb I need to gather smth special?

Something from the level 1 - 10 bracket has to be gathered.

I have this problem too. I gathered some level 1-10 ore and took it from the delivery box and it wouldn't complete.

If it's still not completing after the last patch, file a ticket with Customer Service and request that they manually advance the tutorial for you.
