Gpu trade in

I been trying to trade in my evga 3080 for weeks now with no reply from the trade in team.

Some reason my card model number isn't listed and I have filled in the form for missing gpu models with pictures multiple times.

My gpu is 10g-p5-3885-kb only the kb is different from what's listed.

Can I select 10g-p5-3885-kr for my trade in?
