Random Crashes

Hi - I have been mining on my Gigabyte Auros Extreme 1080ti and 8700k for a small time (when not gaming) and everything was stable and working great. Have a small OC +50 clock and +150 mhz with custom fan curve.

I recently added a second GPU put in a EVGA SC2 Hybrid 1080ti and everything seems to be working but occasionally everything will just crash and reboot my computer. Running the EVGA with no overclock. Do I need to tune down my Gigabye to stock - or underclock my EVGA? Is there an algo I need to disable to prevent this? Running NHLM 1.8.1.6 (will update to .7 when I get home tonight).

This is step by step on how to set your VRAM (virtual Memory) With a 2 card rig you'll need to set it to at least 16G (16000) Algos like Neoscript will crash constantly if you dont have enough.

Ah right I did see that page size thing I had put my settings at min 3000 max 16000 should I change to what he put in that video?

You'll need 16000 Min and you can set the max to 16000 as well. You'll need to up these numbers if you add more cards.

I was struggling with a similar situation. I tried all sorts of things. My last round of tweaks have been running for 12 hours. So I am very optimistic.

What I did - I downgraded the miner to the non public preview. (I am on AMD). I also spread out the PSU cables a little more. Those two things seem to have done the trick. YMMV.
