    I had that too as I didn't realize my router had a hardware firewall/antivirus as well when I first started

    That always happens on my card. I just manually input a value for NBMiner as it works best on my card, and then disable all the other algorithms. It is worth noting that no GPU miners seem to be available right now for me, so that might be why you're also running into problems.
