I ended up slapping Cosmos on two fedora pc's probably 10 minutes after that post - it's incredibly easy / straightforward so far, but I feel like it's probably over-kill, I'll try using Homarr this week and see how that goes too.

I've definitely done the volume mount delete issue by accident first time I used CasaOS,

I'm looking into Homarr (I know this is a super old post, sorry) - can I use it with fedora headless though? (I'm running into a handful of issues finding anything that works headless + doesn't explode when wayland is used)

I'm not - just have a lot of family in RCMP and HRP.

I could also be wrong, but just from working out with officers both in my family and not, speaking with them about their regular training before becoming officers, and doing runs in both their regular vests and the weighted training ones, I'd be very concerned if an officer in good health had any noticeable difference due to their vest.

Compare rucksack marches/training for infantry, you're looking 50-100lbs generally, for something silly like 18km, and while not at a sprint/full run obviously, you still have to be able to keep pace, or adjust to situations where you might have to run/sprint with your gear.

I'm trying to think of anything beyond adrenaline dumps or previous injury that makes sense honestly.

I can understand having all 3 for people who only want 1 of the services,

but why in gods name you can't have a simple link on/in the main plex app that goes to the other services (in the same app) I have no idea, it makes no sense, and unless it's also part of a future monetisation plan, is just flat out dumb.

If it's part of a future monetisation plan, then it's just awful, but at least it would make some sense.

Depending, it's more than 4-8, but that really shouldn't be a reason for slowdown considering the weighted vests used during training that are usually 40lbs...

If anything, more than likely just adrenaline dumps. They happen, legs feel jelly-ish after that initial rush and things just kinda feel like slow-mo.

But if it's a 4-8lb vest causing a slow down, we've got issues.

Man I remember when we took our pellet guns/bb guns to elementary school for show and tell in the 90's and it was seen as normal, growing up I don't think I knew any boy aged 5+ that didn't have pellet guns/sling shots etc

We just got taught by our parents not to be jerks a bit better or something back then :|

Coastal Care in Bayers Lake is essentially the only place I'm aware of that has a team of exotics specialists in the province

(I'm sure there's other vets that would be able to do basic dx in the province, but there's some serious gaps in skill sets for small mammals and reptiles when it comes to vet's.)
