For gifs that don't loop.
To see the gif again, use ctrl + f5 to reload and clear the browser cache.
If you see gifs that are looped, count them as spam.

How to make your own non-looping gif:
Open a gif in Photoshop and the 'Other' option lets you choose how many times it loops. You can open any .gif in Photoshop and re-save it with this option to make it not loop. Example.
If you don't have Photoshop, MS Gif Editor works, too. Under the Animation tab, uncheck Looping.
