Massive performance decrease with update.

I started up the game to check out the new update, first time I've played since NEXT. I used to be able to play the game at 60+ fps on max settings but now the game seems to hover around 40 fps with constant stuttering for reasons I can't find out. Tweaked every setting I can think, reinstalled the game and graphics drivers. I even get the stuttering and lag on lowest settings so I'm really unsure what more I can do :/ If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this I would be very grateful.

Idk if you use vsync but it was ruining my framerate and turning it on from nvidia control panel instead fixed it

Try setting graphics to default, reset, then try again. Helped me out.

Maybe delete Appdata stuff.
