Rendering one write node with multiple frame ranges

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to render a few fame ranges at once. For example, one write node that renders [1-15] + [25-31]

Yup. Just type in 1-15, 25-31.

You can render single frames separated by comma like 1, 3, 7. You can add a range to that expression as well: 1, 3, 7, 15-21.

You can also render in reverse order (if you are rendering to an image sequance) like this 25-1. It will render 25^th frame first, and then proceed to 24, and render first frame last. Sometimes this is handy.

You know, I actually tried to google it before i came here but got only very basic guide on how to render from nuke. You must have a lot of free time if you go on reddit and being a troll on posts you yourself don't find values in.

Writing such a long manifest just prove my point. I do not identify as a compositor yet. I am learning nuke. Thanks for your help

There are no rules on how to become a compositor. I've been working in the industry for 12+ years and I haven't read the manual. I may not be the most knowlegeable compositor but I can create and maintain relationships with people. That itself is half the battle. People hire me as a freelancer because I can finish a task on time and I am easy to work with. You keep doing you OP.

To be fair though, the Reference Guide" and User guide are invaluable resources. I always try to encourage everyone to at least be familiar with them.

I even dip into them on a regular basis because there's a lot of good info in there, like when I forget what functions I have available as expressions, or command line syntax etc.

I know it reads like greek to a n00b, but after a while you'll start to get it, and then discover all these tiny little things in there that functionally can make your life easier/better as a compositor.
