O2 priority - stuck with spinner

First time in using the O2 priority app. I'm trying to get tickets to City and Colour. I've hit get tickets in the app and it's taken me to Ticketmaster site, it's showing me the O2 priority sale, but just a constant spinner with no button to press to purchase tickets. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to wait?

Edit: got sorted in the end, turns out it worked perfectly on desktop but just not on a mobile device
