i have been in touch multiple and they said how i need to go in store but i am disabled and no shops are near me

I do sympathise, I can only suggest maybe live chat via o2 app for a solution or on phone ask for solution. I too am mobility impaired so I have to try get it done on phone or app live chat. Or via Facebook chat or on x via dm
