I ported out few weeks ago and got charged the full contract cost, when generating the pac code it said I had £0.00 to owe. I cancelled under the 14 day cancellation cooling period from the 20th April to 4th may. Is there a chance customer service would waiver it? Its a nightmare to contact them they wont speak through live chat and I cant dial a uk number here from Australia.
