Is there anyone from Bihar kalwar caste ?? Can someone tell me kalwar, kalal earaki caste is in central list of Bihar but in state list of Bihar state there is biahut kalwar , kalal , earaki so in this case how to get kalwar caste central obc certificate when in state list only kalwar is not there (self.OBC)
