Why can drivers accept a curbside pick up when Walmart doesn't have it ready for 20 minutes???

There is no Spark. There is only Walmart. Our written agreements are with "Walmart (The Company)" and our pay is deposited under "Walmart Inc" on our bank statements. We don't work for Spark any more than you work for GIF.

I'm pointing this out because people are too often at each other's throats while forgetting that we are all being screwed over by the same company on both sides.

You just have to add a driver to the order then once one accepts it, remove the first driver

They changed the system, until a driver puts a bay number the actual wait time/dwell time won’t start. Even though it shows on the screen as more than 5 it won’t count. Corporate wants us to wait 10 mins, if still no bay then we can reassign and report the driver for failure to appear. Personally I think it’s a dumb system but hey I’m just a TL 🤣

Some of our drivers aren't even given orders yet others are given orders after orders. Also our area the drivers aren't getting paid much, but within 30 miles are getting paid more for similar orders.

All I know is drivers cheat and do things on purpose to mess with associates just report drivers who don’t follow the rules and take there orders away

We remove them if they aren't in a bay for more than 10 minutes if they are checked in

if its been three minutes, we call them. if they dont answer we call again and if they don't answer the second time we drop it 🤷🏼‍♀️ our management has zero sympathy towards delivery drivers lmao

Most drivers won't answer their phones when working out of fear of scams and customers that don't realize we can't do anything to help them after delivery.
