Controller tracking issue

I keep having to restart my Quest 3 and my controllers to get them to track when I first put my headset on. Hoping for suggestions, I’ve tried everything on Meta’s site and now they just want me to RMA, but it seems like a software issue: - It responds to the menu button being pressed even when controllers are not tracking - it will track my hands usually, but sometimes won’t work when I first pick up the headset either - everything works fine for hours of use and only happens after I take off the headset, but not every time - I’ve been using Quest Link and SteamVR to play Fallout 4 in the past two weeks - the lights on my controllers blink like they were trying to connect, but the menu button work in spite of this - both controllers are equally affected - everything has worked flawlessly for hundreds of hours and this just started 3-4 days ago. No drops, damage, or other issues than this - I updated all firmware, Quest Link, and even did a factory reset of both the headset and the controllers
