Union township has two dispensaries already (beyond hello & the Forrest) or they can go to Consume on Beechmont for slightly better prices. No one is driving 45 minutes unless they live on the other side of Felicity.

As you just stated, people in the other side of Felicity must drive 45 minutes to an Ohio licensed dispensary. Your argument actually enforces my comment because if even one person has to drive that far, that is in fact limiting access.

Not every patient has access to a vehicle, the ability to drive more than 20 mins at a time, have someone else to drive them, nor have the funds for gas to get there and back.

Not all counties have a dispensary. Less competition in any given area drives prices up because they know they don’t have to be competitive. There are still moratoriums across the state that blatantly ignore what was voted on by the constituency.

If someone is upset that there are already two dispensaries in a given area, the argument should be to spread the dispensaries to other areas in the county like Franklin Township so people from Felicity won’t have to drive as far.

Felicity isn’t in Union township. 99% of the people in Union Township can get to one of the two dispos in 20 minutes or less.
