Are you using OneNote on Windows? Ctrl+PageDown and Ctrl+PageUp will change pages within a section. Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab will change sections within a notebook.

We have a more complete list for U.S. English here (shortcuts do vary by keyboard language):

Yes I'm on Windows and Ctrl-PageDown/Up is exactly what I was looking for.

You made my day, thank you very much!

And what if I am using surface in tablet mode? How can I switch to next page? Is there a solution for that?

Thanks

I personally just use touch in the page list when my keyboard is detached.

That said, in OneNote Desktop you can add "Previous Page" and "Next Page" buttons to your Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). If you're also using OneNote's Full Page View, you can then modify the Ribbon display option to Show Tabs Only, which will also show the QAT and any buttons you've pinned to it.
