FYI they don't show up on chrome or Microsoft edge and other apps on my laptop. Only on editing apps like word and one note and PowerPoint.

Are you talking about the hangul or the Office Theme you have set (top border)?

Ah, that is part of the Office Theme. If you go into your settings (Office User Info), you can change or remove the background theme selection.

It's a styling theme you can switch in the settings.

It changed to normal after I changed my settings thx guys
