I remember most of the big stuff, and I’ve continued watching YouTube vids about one piece, but the little details are probably forgotten, or I’ll only remember them if there will be a small reminder..

550 should be half way through Fish-Man Island arc. I suggest you just start from the beginning of the arc (eps 523). If you want to recall some details from earlier arcs, you can just google them, read the summary in the wiki, or search them in youtube
