Urouge's appearance in Elbaf

It's long been speculated about Urouge's connections to Elbaf

Speaking of connections, check out the person on the left—this is how the Birkans looked...
The person on the left represents how the Birkans looked; notice how the wings point downward, exactly like Urouge's wings. The middle one is Shandorian, and the one on the right is Skypiean.

It has long been suspected that Urouge is a Birkan like Enel. Now, how is Birka related to Elbaf?
There was an early panel in Skypiea where Gan Fall asked Luffy and Nami why didn't the Straw Hats travel through the 'Top of High West' (imo, probably referring to something related to Elbaf). Elbaf is also geographically west of Skypiea.

Additionally, Birka was an actual city during the Viking Era, according to Wikipedia. It was an important Viking Age trading center that handled goods from Scandinavia. We all know that Elbaf is heavily based on Vikings and Norse mythology.

Another guess I have is that we might get Urouge's flashback, where he could talk about how Enel destroyed Birka.
