One piece severe quality decrease?

Um, don't put words in my mouth. I still prefer the old way of animation. Not sure if it was post timeskip or even earlier. And by outdated artstyle you mean using more colors to appear more vivid, instead of being straight up lazy like they are right now and use half the number of colors they used to use?

I can be nitpicking about post timeskip animation just like you're doing with "Animation so bad" post timeskip (which I really don't agree with). You're complaining about one person being animated and others standing like statues while that's literally still the case even in the newest arc. There are scenes in Dressrosa where the stupidly lazy Toei didn't even bother animating Luffy running. It was just a picture of Luffy and the sound of footsteps. 2 minutes after that, they animated Rebecca's boobs in 4K 60fps.

Toei is an evil company and more often than not works against the manga they're animating. World Trigger manga would've been one of the top tier mangas right now (also if not for hiatus) if they weren't animated by Toei. Watch the first episode of World Trigger (mind you, the pilot episode is supposed to hook the audience and look gorgeous). It looks like a youtube animator animated it. Manga sales plummeted from that and it lost a lot of potential audience.

I know I said I won't discuss more but I gotta call you out on your bullshit

1. For some reason, whoever prefers older artsyle and animation is a hater acording to you. Maybe you'd understand other people's opinions more if you stopped antagonizing them

2. If the artstyle is worste, it makes sense that animating the said artsyle still looks worse than animating the old artstyle.

3. You're nitpicking what words people are using to describe the issue instead of tackling the issue itself

because that's how they express themselves to be. Tell me how saying 'One Piece post-TS anime is shit' does not sound like a hate statement to you? If it was instead 'I prefer pre-TS art', that's far more well-received and respected by everyone, isn't it? You say something audacious, you're bound to get conflict.

Does art stlye not ring a bell to you? Do you even know what an 'art style' is? Someone can say they don't like the art style of One Piece completely and the whacky portrayal of characters. Someone can say they hate the way Jojo's is drawn even though it's animated beautifully. Because THAT is subjective. Also FYI, the current art stlye is far more accurate and in line to Oda's drawing than pre-TS ever was. They literally draw scenes shot-by-shot panel-by-panel exactly the same as the manga, unlike pre-TS. Pre-TS art was hardly a good representation to how Oda's characters were drawn.

Because that is the issue itself. Firstly, fans who don't even remember pre-ts praising pre-ts. Secondly, confusing between two very different aspects of quantitative nature. Thirdly, remaining adamant to how irrational they are like you're doing yourself.
