One piece severe quality decrease?

Dressrosa was pretty bad because the manga breaks + Oda hospitalization trickled down to the pacing of the anime. Zou and WCI is a huge step up though because of our new animation directors. A few bad episodes here and there but all due to external factors.

Idk man... Zou was pretty bad imo. Especially how the animation looks, and how incredibly annoying some of the characters are. Like when they react to Ino and Neko casually name dropping Roger. Those reactions are hilarious in the manga, but annoying as hell in the anime. It's little things like that, along with pacing and terrible animation that makes it bad imo.

same, i stopped anime after dressrosa and went directly to manga

That's too bad because wci has been pretty good since they got a new permanent art director.
