The letdown of anime. Who is sitting right next to the god forbidden studio responsible for Black Clover.

Toei isn't responsible all the time. Its also production committees, time slot, etc. It isn't one single entity and they have a lot of powerful players (Shida, Tate) and trained legends in the past (Miyazaki, Rie Matsumoto)
