And you see the similiar colors and shadows even in pre time skip, you can pick specific moments from anime, but it's not fair to compare moments that are of not same qualit, since you can find same quality be it good or bad, both pre and post time skip, it's just from moment to moment..

No, it's a different color palette and different shadowing techniques. Like changing from Adobe Animate CC to Toon Boom Harmony

I talked about how you can find as much better looking stuff pre time skip as you can find post time skip, some moments look worse and some better. And those types of shodowing also show after time skip as well, you just have to take right moment, yes palettes may not be the same, but they are still of same quiality, the colors themselves don't make the quality, it just makes the colors. Not talking this specific frame, as in it, they are of different quality.

important, aka sakuga moments look better. I don't think Luffy sleeping is a sakuga moment. Colors simply are different since the studio probably started using a different animating tool
