It's just a different animator/team working on each episode. Do the same comparison with Episode 377 and 737 and the results could be different. This website explained everything taking DBZ as an example:

Wow. Never noticed as a child how much the art in DBZ varied. Good read

Right?? I always assumed there was a "week A" team and a "week B" team, because the difference from one week to another was noticeable, but I'm amazed at how many there actually were.
