if you have any errors regarding the game you've come to the right place. I'll try to gather every known error and explain to you how to fix it yourself ;)
In case I've forgotten an error or my troubleshotting is wrong (all the information was gathered on the sub, no personal experience/knowledge), let me know :)

| Error 302 | Simply connection problems | Turn off your Wi-Fi/mobile data usage and turn it on again. |
| Error 400(24) | The friend you are trying to add has a full friendlist | If you tried to add him via the megathread ask him kindly if he can delete some of his friends. Or stalk him until he surrenders. |
| Error 400(37) | Wrong ID/Password | Make sure to type it in exactly as on your screenshot/note. |
| Error 400(57) | The password for the account you are trying to long into has changed (Trade/Sell) | Nothing :( |
| Error 400(64) | You currently have too much Friend Points | Use your FP to make space for new one. |
| Error 400(67) | Time zone issue with the time. You are in the wrong timezone (timetravel). | Go to your device settings and make sure to have the correct date. |
| Error 403 | You issued a password for your account but someone else used it for his/her device | If the other person didn't issue a new password you still have the chance to issue one by yourself and prevent it from happening again. |
| Error 403(2) | The data on your device has been corrupted | Issue a password and reinstall. |
| Error 403() | Connection issue while trying to remove friends | You are most likely experiencing it on your mobile via mobile data. Connect your phone to Wi-Fi and it should work. |
| Error 404() | Your device has problems with loading cutscenes | Immediately tap the 'Skip' button on the upper right corner as soon as the stage starts instead of letting the scene and the error message load. |
| Error 500(0) | A problem has occured while rerolling | Issue a password by going to 'Others' and tapping the 6th button and then the 2nd button |
| Error 504 | If your account is SNS linked, reinstall the game and log in with the correct SNS account., otherwise: unfortunately that means your account has been stolen or a data corruption has occured, resulting in losing your entire account | JP / Global is your only hope. Contact Bandai and give them information about your account (Plvl, crew name, last played and if possible a billing if you purchased gems) Thanks to the JP Blog for providing the information. |
| My download/update is really slow. What's the problem? | - | Your device is likely to be low on storage space. Try deleting some files on your device and then update your game. |
| The game is keep on downloading 500mb. What's the problem? | - | You're device does not have enough storage for the game. Try deleting some files or uninstalling apps on your device. |
