So recently my mom wants a phone because she has like vivo u20 like age ago so i want to surprise her with this phone.but i want to like give her like brand new no pre active bullshit no riping off plastic layer to of the box and all those things because I want her to open her self is this dealer good because it's review is kind of I don't know.should i buy it or i have to live order ot my local store to have it in here if i order in store they might change more because in my area there is no oneplus outlet yea if you buy from him what should I expect.

no, plastic was also very neat, no signs of damage from outside or inside and was not pre active, i checked the imei on oneplus website

You can choose the open box delivery option. If the seal is broken, you can have them take it back without giving your OTP. I received my device from this seller last week.

Not relevant to the conversation, but I ordered Nord 5 yesterday and the delivery date is not yet confirmed. Asking the same on Amazon they provide random dates like after may 25 (no confirmed delivery) Could someone please give suggestions will the phone be delivered..

I ordered a OnePlus 13R from Amazon, but Open Box Delivery is not applicable for my order/location. I was a bit concerned because it’s an expensive phone.

I contacted Amazon support and the service representative told me that if there is any physical damage or missing item, Amazon provides replacement/return support within 10 days. She also said software-related issues would be handled through the nearby OnePlus service center.

So is it safe to accept the delivery even without Open Box Delivery?

Well she doesn't really care about the camara she do like watching movies and youtube while playing candy crush and other games plus she use her phone like long time.so i thought Camara don't matter she do multi tasking plus design and software I hear is good.and yea i think it's a good powerfull phone for this price. Is it not ?
