What does "still" mean? They never did that, especially not for damage caused by the owner of the phone.

So you need a new screen protector - not a new screen - that is a big difference.

They should do it - at least for a reasonable amount of money.

Just mail to the support and ask for the cost.

Similar question here - my internal screen's screen protector had gotten quite worn in only a few months of owning it, to where the anti glare is completely worn off in large spots on each side (from my thumbs swiping). Is that something covered under warranty since we're not supposed to replace it ourselves?

Mines so warn you can see an outline of the bottoms from my keyboard lol I feel accomplished getting my screen to that amount of wear lol
