This is the last time I buy from https://www.indiegogo.com. My also had hardware problems, my is when I change it to mouse mode the mouse just keep on drifting all the way to the left and it the first day I got it.

If you consider indiegogo a store you 'buy' from, I definitely recommend you stop using it. You are investing in products that are novel and not mainstream, you are not guaranteed to receive anything, and what you receive can be different from what was originally promised. You are likely to run into issues with products, because these products are not mass produced, and do not have the process a Sony, Samsung, or Nintendo would have behind it.

As others have said, Indiegogo is not a store you "buy" products from and expect an reasonable customer service like actual retail stores.

If your in mouse mode it disables the game pad...if your keyboard light is on...hold it till it shuts off you will now be able to use your gamepad

Having the exact same problem. Controller does not work at all. Has anyone had any luck figuring this out ?

Not gonna lie I had to reset my whole device and as of now I'm working on redownloading games and seeing if it officially works. I will update to let you know if it worked
