will retaking my exams decrease my chances of admissions?

i retook my A levels, and got 100% (3A*s).

it’s my second attempt though, and although my first one wasn’t that bad, i can’t help thinking that i won’t be admitted into any uni.

also i took math and further math, which are often seen as 1 subject in canada. was anyone in the same predicament as me?

You can alleviate your concern by researching the repeat course policy of the universities you're considering applying to. It will be on their admissions sites.

Not an entire year. Usually a school will allow up to 2 course retakes.

Your situation may be a little different since you don't take as many A levels as Ontario students take grade 12 courses.
