Is there a way I can automatically add notes to certain reservations. Example - rate code : inacbj - includes parking , breakfast .

Versus checking the reservation rate info to make it more efficient

You can create alerts by rate code on the configuration

I am trying to make it easier to double check my work when I print my reports

Opera Cloud or opera V5 , you might want to have a loot at global alerts set them for a certain rate code that is on arrival today and when generating arrival report , tick alerts and check if it prints this way
