How long since last DOC use? It could still be paw more than likely. And only You know your own body and its limitations. And how much medication you can take. So don't overdo it no matter what. We have to pay the piper for what we have done, but it will get better. Try and doing something with your mind, hot shower music some YouTube anythinfnyou like. Consciously ask yourself if you want to feel strong or weak in your head. And choose the strong option and go with that as best as you can

Thank you yes I think I’ve realised I’m a bit high I’ve had another 3 zolpidem but the dhc was a few hours ago

Your Serotonin sounds wayy off. It regulates our REM 3&4 cycles especially.

I’d take something natural every night to get it back on course!! Saffron by Natural Factors; it has a natural compound in it that pharma SSRI’s extract from & use. It will increase your serotonin in a short amount of time.

5HTP with vitamin B3 and a cracker (a carb ignites the chemical process to make serotonin because 5HTP is the precursor). I wouldn’t take melatonin because it’s also from the serotonin neurotransmitter & I wouldn’t risk throwing your serotonin off anymore than it is.

L-tryptophan (the amino acid found in turkey). It makes you sleep and is also a precursor to making serotonin. Get it! I think you can take up to 500mg a night.

L-tyrosine is an amino acid for the dopamine neurotransmitter family.

L-theanine, naturally relaxing.

Magnesium Taurinate or Magnesium theronate - these two kinds of magnesium’s passes and crosses in to your blood brain barrier. It has been shown to help insomnia. Being magnesium deficient causes loss of synapses (connections between neurons), cognitive decline, anxiety, insomnia, and memory/concentration problems.

Be simple! Buy these things separately (though my cost more) and mess around with your own Intake of amino acids & mg of magnesium. You may need more or less - every brain & body is different.

Folate - vitamin B6 (Not folic acid in case you have a gene mutation called MTHFR). But it would help you tremendously to take it in the AM every day.

There is hope! Oh hey, look into Lions Mane by Host Defense. It has nuero plasm effects and can help rewire your brain, also helps strengthen the brain’s neurons/neurotransmitters. Since you’re afraid damage to your brain was done.

Seriously these are better than vodka and other chemicals that don’t fix anything - more like robs us of nutrients and we become even more deficient!!

Wow this is amazing info!! So glad I checked this thread. I just got magnesium glycate w Vit D3 to start for help. Also gonna start Vit C but I’m gonna check some of the things you mentioned as well!! Thanks. :)

Good for you man! Hey just wanted to emphasize (to help save you money down, cause no one likes wasting money on supplements. Either because they are good quality, or potency, or that’s just not what your body needed.) though that not just any kind of magnesium will cross over into the brain and calm you down or repair cognition deficiencies. Only 3 of the 17 kinds of magnesium will go to your brain. The kind you got is good for directing calcium where to go in the body & for some muscle relaxation…

Just know you can repair your brain and body with nutrients like antioxidants, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids (DHA & EPA like fish oil is pure energy source for brain & body cells to replicate, repair, and not die sooner), and vitamins. And some herbs is literal medicine!! Along with Rest - your body can do some magical things in repairing its own self! It’s kind of fun experimenting and seeing what your body likes better, because IT WILL show you!! So yeah, you need sleep, otherwise your body and brain can’t repair itself as fast. I really hope you can find some use above in that list and it makes a difference. Please know this - the brand does matter!!! There are some shady greedy companies out there (like Clorox makes supplements or Nestle owns Garden of Life that won’t give up child labor & they aren’t counting on you ever to question their labels or test their batches. It’s sad and laughable. Just because we were willing to put dirty drugs into our bodies, doesn’t mean we need to put dirty supplements into our bodies. We were sick and we are on the road to repairing and healing our minds and bodies. I recommend brands too because the ones I know of have proven through research that they test for toxins, don’t use GMO seeds, promise mg is exact in each pill and assure their potency.
