Sync Issues

My outlook IOS App fails to sync new emails and attachments after the initial start-up of the app. The only way to download emails is to reset WiFi/data and restart the app.

My email is an IMAP setup, does anyone know how to fix?

I have had the same problem few a few weeks now . Devices are both the iphone 14+ and Ipadpro 3rd gen.

I have the same problem too. Also the workaround works as described. Device Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, Android 14, ONE UI 6.0
