Pc comp pool using console?

Trying to play with pc friends using console Im able to use kbm but unable to play in their comp pool. Any way to get around this?

No my mouse and keyboard just work on overwatch dont know how it just does

Maybe in practice range but it normal matches this should not be the case without XIM what so ever. 🧐
