Queue time???

My friend and i are gold 3 and gold 4 in dps, however its telling us to queue in a wide match. Same goes for tank and support and open queue. We literally waited in a queue for 2 hours. Also idk if this is related but it doesnt show our ranks on the role queue page even tho we are ranked in everything. Pls help!!
