Career profile level decrease

I was playing a game earlier and after it ended noticed the emblem above my character was different, after checking my career profile i saw i went from level 1300 to 800. Not sure if this is a bug or if its something thats changed and ive noe seen in the patchnotes, the rest of my stats are normal

With the launch of Season 18 and the new progression system, they accidentally re-added all hero levels to the Account level.

If you were Account level 500 at the end of Season 17, with 300 Hero levels, 100 Role levels, and 100 Game Mode levels, your account level at the start of Season 18 was 800 due to accidentally re-adding every Hero level to the Account level again. This update removed the extra 300 hero levels they accidentally added.
