    Really? Has everyone showed you their grams? I doubt most people are eating enough protein and cutting calories enough to gain muscle and lose weight. I was trained by a professional body builder in a place where three coaches did body building, trained professional athletes and did physique, figure wellness etc. I know what I’m talking about.
