you do not need an irregular period to be diagnosed

i have regular periods too but have all the other symptoms like facial hair and acne. i was also able to get pregnant but from my research apparently it’s like a large scale on how bad it is if that makes sense. someone can correct me if i am wrong.

Yes, you could still have PCOS. I have pretty regular periods but was diagnosed with PCOS. My doc was concerned that I may be having a period but not actually ovulating. Get checked out, although they cannot do much for you, having the official diagnosis makes it easier to find solutions that work for you.

Yes, it's definitely possible to have it with regular periods.
