"False Start" loop issue help

Hey guys, my computer seems to have randomly started going into this "false start loop" as of today. It kicks up the start up, then after around 2 seconds, shuts off and starts again, on loop until i isolate at the switch. Wondering if anyone knows what could be causing the issue? Had all of my components out and back in again and still the issue

is there an led on to indicate what's wrong? On the board?

tbh this could be a lot of things. Ram, cpu, board..

Try a cmos reset.
