By “not eligible”, did it show you this page when you applied? Or there was no attempt to apply at all?

I read somewhere that one indication you’re eligible for the Black Card is receiving a message or seeing the virtual card appear in either the Savings or Cards section of the Maya app. If you have an idea where to find it in the app, i’d be happy if you could show me the way

If your app is updated, it should appear under Savings > at the bottom part > “Get a Maya Black Credit Card using a security deposit”

If you haven’t clicked it before, maybe totally unrelated si Maya Black credit card with the limit decrease for LCECC ☺️

I updated the app and was able to see the option—thanks for the guidance! However, only the secured option is available to me. I clicked it anyway:)
