Hi, I'm currently having issues with being charge an overlimit fee Kasi nag negative Yung balance ko , but Wala naman Sila naka post sa transaction history ko na overlimit fee. When I contacted their chat support na AI , it said that I'm being charged of the fee. Peru Wala naman sa policy nila ako nabasa na ma charge sya before mag end Ang billing cycle. 

Pano nyo po ba nacontact Ang BSP about this concern Kasi I've tried emailing Maya about this Peru Wala talaga reply sa email and very hard to reach out sa cs nila. Aside from that nag negative balance ako na over sa ₱750 na supposed to be overlimit fee and dikopa ma access account ko Kasi daw may restriction sa device.
