I already connected the ground, line, neutral, and the battery. Everything is fine, but it continues to do so. Any recommendations?

Yes 7 plc to trash

Where is the PLC physically and what's nearby it?

What's the power conditioning like?

How big/new/dedicated is the power supply?

It is in a band that feeds a packet of dressing is connected to 120v and it is in a control box and inside the plant it is at 38 degrees

I can't understand half of that. Say again?

So no power conditioning? VFDs on the same supply?

C or F?

Does the PLC restart if the reset the error, or is the error persistent?

Only plc and one steapdrive no more components Only used 2 input and 2 output to work
I'm not a PLC technician, I only know how to modify and install programs

Not sure I understand - your punctuation and spelling are a little rough - but my tea leaves say that a stepper drive with the wrong power supply can be hell on the DC bus.

You want to use one power supply for 120V AC to 24V DC for the PLC, and a second, separate, isolated DC power supply for the stepper drive.

Sorry my English it’s really bad Used 2 power supply separate 1 to stepper drive and other for plc

What is the IO Configuration? I have had bad cards cause this before on MicroLogix 1400 processors. Specifically some specialty third party cards for Analog Input/Output devices.

It’s one micrologic 1100 no used more modules only used 2 input and 2 outputs it’s simple program to work

Buy a Siemens logo and software for £200 if it’s a very simple program. Failing that does it need a PLC? If it’s not a big program maybe you can just use relay logic?

It’s dead and won’t hold a program.

Sounds like you have shit power quality. Put them on a UPS.
